The product NEXTRA is a system for three-dimensional PCB design. The software is based on the world's first 3D ECAD technology and combines the functions of conventional ECAD with the advantages of three-dimensional MCAD.

NEXTRA can also be used in existing development processes because it can be combined with the main ECAD and MCAD programs. The software is integrated into Cadence, Mentor Graphics and Zuken EDA
systems via interfaces for
netlists, libraries, autorouters, autoplacers and 2D layout systems. It is
connected to mechanical CAD systems via interfaces to Catia, ProEngineer,
Unigraphics, Parasolid, Acis, STEP (AP 203, AP 214), IGES, VDAFS, DXF etc.
