Cadence Design Systems Announces New Solutions Provider for all Cadence EDA Products including OrCAD in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

BRACKNELL, England – Dec.11, 2003 – Cadence Design Systems Limited, announced today that it has named CB Distribution BV (CBD) as a Cadence® solutions provider to market the complete line of Cadence EDA technologies, including the OrCAD product line, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The CBD team consists of former Transfer EDA Group sales and application engineering personnel, who will provide excellent customer care and service to Cadence customers.

Chris van Veenendaal, former president of Transfer EDA Group, leads the new sales and support team at CBD.
