PSpice Advanced Analysis (PSpice AA) offers users the most complete analysis of design reliability and manufacturability, which are way beyond conventional SPICE analysis capabilities. 

The new enhancements in PSpice AA allow users to run PSpice AA on existing designs without the need to update any parts/models of the design. Users can now assign global tolerance on device/model parameters, global variables, Voltage and Current sources, and sub circuit parameter. The new enhancements will enable users to add global tolerances and distributions in seconds so that they can improve the reliability of their design as well as reduce the cost.
